It's freakin' cold outside
K, it's January. It's cold outside. Don't most people wear long sleeves during the winter? I mean, I do, sometimes sweaters in the house. I went to my friend Sharlae's house (she is James' babysitter) and she had a sweater on in her house, I will do that sometimes, only during the winter time tho. Anyway, James has now outgrown his 0-3 month clothes, and is now in 3-6. (We went to the doc today...he is 13.5 lbs and 23 1/4" long...he also got his shots, so he is not a happy boy.) So, as I go through his clothes, I realize he has no long sleeve nothin, but pj's. If I don't put long sleeves on him, then he has chicken skin (that was for Harmony in Hawaii) on his arms. So, then I put those zip up sweaters on him. How bulky is that. I either zip it up and the zip bunches up and hits in him the mouth, or I don't zip it and then the whole thing rides up and hangs out around his face. I don't think he loves that. So, I tried to find long sleeve onsies for him. Even the white long sleeve to go under the short sleeve stuff he already has. I couldn't find them anywhere (ok, to be honest, I couldn't find any online...I like to look online before I go to the stores to see if they have it, so I don't waste a trip.) Target had a two pack for about $15. WHATEVER!!! I can keep him wrapped in a blank for cheaper than that. So, I start looking all over for long sleeve onsies. Who has them you ask? Gap and Old Navy. I was quite surprised to find that they were cheaper (and they had them) than other "online" stores. So, I decided that even paying for the shipping would be cheaper (and I wouldn't have to take James out in the cold in short sleeves.) So, I bought a few things. I cannot believe that my baby is a gap baby. I am not a gap girl. I am no preppy...and I certainly didn't think my baby would be. But, I have to admit, he certainly is cute. I got a cute little turtleneck that he wore to church yesterday and he was so cute. (The day after I got them, I put one on, and he had a little accident...those diapers don't always hold everything, and it got stained...hopefully I can get it out in a few washes...it is my favorite!) Thank heavens for Gap and Old Navy, now, not only is my baby a cute baby, he is a warm, cute baby. (Although sad right now...those shots are not fun! :( )

Try shout advanced spray gel for the stains. It works pretty good. And if you have any tips that work better than that please pass them on!! Thanks :)
I got long sleeve white onesies at Carters in Park City. I love them. Cooper wears them all the time.
I have leaky boys all the time and none of my clothes have stains in them. I just spray them with either shout or spray and wash and then throw them in the washer.
You kill me, Mel!
Park City this weekend? Elizabeth and I are weekend widows!
