Blessing
Ok, this is the last post for today, but I wanted to post pics of James' baby blessing in his cute little outfit. It is hard to see him, but you get good pics of the outfit!

Happy baby?
I have newly discovered that my cute little baby loves the bouncer. YEAH!!! So, the swing when he sleeps, the bouncer when he is awake. He is so content when he is in there. As he was loving his bouncer the other day, I tried to get pictures of him. When I would put the camera up to take the picture, he would stop smiling. He didn't know what to think about the camera. So, here are a few pictures of him "loving" his bouncer.

Boycott sonic!
So, last weekend (actually, the one before last weekend) Aho and I went out to go shopping so finally, we stopped at Sonic. When I got there, the picture of the "Holiday Mint Blast" was still on the board, which made me very happy because that meant they still had it. So, Aho goes up and orders it. The girl didn't understand and wanted to do some raspberry drink. But he kept saying it and she finally got it. Then she says, "Oh, we don't have any more holiday stuff." Are you kidding me, the picture is right there. I rolled down the window (yes, I was in the backseat..we have become something I said I would never do!) and said, the picture is right there, you don't have the holiday mint blast anymore. She said no, I was so mad. So, as Aho is driving Aho, defending me as the good husband he is, yells out the window as he is driving away, "Try to have it next..." then thud! As he was driving away, he hit the curb and drove right over it. Of course, we had a good laugh over it. However, I have decided, Sonic never again. There are plenty of other places that have good enough holiday shakes that I don't need to go back ever again!

Wheel of fortune
So, some of you may know that I really enjoy wheel of fortune and I think I am pretty good at it. I have often thought I should be on it, but have never applied. As I have gotten back into it the past few weeks, I realize how stupid the people are that are on it. Why do people buy vowels so early in the game? I don't get it. They waste all their money in the beginning and miss on the spins so they help the competitors get the clue. Why not get as many spins as possible to get as much money as you can? Then buy the vowels if you just can't figure it out. The last few times I have watched it, they buy them right after the first spin. How stupid. I need to write an article on how to play "Wheel Of Fortune!"

Ahhhh
So, I, just as everyone else, loves a good smell (however, sometimes I do enjoy my sweat smell...which is probably because I just enjoyed my workout, and I have natural endorphins that make me happy...) Today, I came home from work and Aho was cleaning the house. He too loves a good smell. With our apartment being old, sometimes it gets a musty smell, when we have not been around for a while. We were gone quite a bit during the break and the kitchen got a bad smell that will just not go away, musty, I mean. So, when I came home he had our scentsy candle (http://www.scentsy.com/) going plus, he had sprayed febreeze.
Now, when I was pregnant, there was a febreeze that he liked that he would spray all over the house and it just about killed me. I would gag every time he sprayed it, and I could smell it for hours! But this one is so great. It is called lavendar vanilla and comfort. Our scentsy candle is the January special of snowberry. Love it! Anyway, with the two of them combined, I am in heaven. I have been working here this afternoon, and just can't get enough of the combined smells. If you don't have a scentsy candle, you ought to get one. If you like febreeze try this kind (lavender vanilla and comfort) I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Why can't I figure this thing out?
I consider myself pretty computer and internet savvy. I can figure most things out, that don't involve programming, etc. I cannot figure this blogspot!! How do you post pictures in the middle of your text body? How do you get a nice picture under your title? How did Elizabeth get snow on her template. I want hearts for valentines day and I need to figure it out fast because it is coming up soon. Any suggestions?
It's freakin' cold outside
K, it's January. It's cold outside. Don't most people wear long sleeves during the winter? I mean, I do, sometimes sweaters in the house. I went to my friend Sharlae's house (she is James' babysitter) and she had a sweater on in her house, I will do that sometimes, only during the winter time tho. Anyway, James has now outgrown his 0-3 month clothes, and is now in 3-6. (We went to the doc today...he is 13.5 lbs and 23 1/4" long...he also got his shots, so he is not a happy boy.) So, as I go through his clothes, I realize he has no long sleeve nothin, but pj's. If I don't put long sleeves on him, then he has chicken skin (that was for Harmony in Hawaii) on his arms. So, then I put those zip up sweaters on him. How bulky is that. I either zip it up and the zip bunches up and hits in him the mouth, or I don't zip it and then the whole thing rides up and hangs out around his face. I don't think he loves that. So, I tried to find long sleeve onsies for him. Even the white long sleeve to go under the short sleeve stuff he already has. I couldn't find them anywhere (ok, to be honest, I couldn't find any online...I like to look online before I go to the stores to see if they have it, so I don't waste a trip.) Target had a two pack for about $15. WHATEVER!!! I can keep him wrapped in a blank for cheaper than that. So, I start looking all over for long sleeve onsies. Who has them you ask? Gap and Old Navy. I was quite surprised to find that they were cheaper (and they had them) than other "online" stores. So, I decided that even paying for the shipping would be cheaper (and I wouldn't have to take James out in the cold in short sleeves.) So, I bought a few things. I cannot believe that my baby is a gap baby. I am not a gap girl. I am no preppy...and I certainly didn't think my baby would be. But, I have to admit, he certainly is cute. I got a cute little turtleneck that he wore to church yesterday and he was so cute. (The day after I got them, I put one on, and he had a little accident...those diapers don't always hold everything, and it got stained...hopefully I can get it out in a few washes...it is my favorite!) Thank heavens for Gap and Old Navy, now, not only is my baby a cute baby, he is a warm, cute baby. (Although sad right now...those shots are not fun! :( )
